Abstract: JIMENO LEY FRENZ T. AND NEBRIA, KHRYSS ANN B. Development of HHO Brazing Machine Prototype. Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science Industrial Technology major in Electrical Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Caviite June 2018. Adviser: Mr. Garry M. Cahibaybayan. The general objective of the study was to develop HHO braying machine prototype The HHO brazing machine prototype was developed and evaluated to determine its efficiency in performing electrolysis in order to produce hydrogen gas as fuel to the brazing torch. The developed MO brazing machine prototype is composed of major parts and the solution: power supply. reservoir tank, bubbler tank, medical hose, brazing torch, distilled water, potassium hydroxide and cell generator that was made up of acrylic, stainless steel plates and gaskets. The performance of the HHO brazing machine prototype was evaluated by the use of cell generator that was connected to the power supply with the rating os.12 volts 15 A, containing distilled water mixed with potassium hydroxide coming from reservoir tank, to perform electrolysis, to separate the hydrogen and oxygen in order to use the hydrogen gas as fuel to produce flame from the brazing torch and to be stored at bubbler tank. The result of the efficiency of the developed project was tested with the use of tin can to be cut and wires to be joined by soldering iron that uses the brazing torch.
