Abstract: JOVELYN A. GONZALES AND LEI ANNE PELLOS. Impact of DepEd Wellness Dance to the Selected High School Students in Lumampong National High School Main. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Physical Education. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. December 2018 Adviser: Victor F. Piores. The study was conducted from August to December 2018 at Lumampong National High School Indang, Cavite, to determine the impact of wellness dance to the selected high school students in Lumampong National High School Main. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. what is the demographic characteristics of the students in terms age, sex, grade level; 2. what is perceived impact of DepEd wellness dance to the physical, emotional, mental and social health of the students; 3. Is there significant relationship between physical, emotional, mental and social wellness in perceived impact of DepEd wellness dance to the students; 4. Is there significant difference between the perceived impact of DepEd wellness dance to the students when they are grouped according to their demographic characteristics. The participants were 205 students of Lumampong National High School. They were selected through the year that experienced DepEd wellness dance. A survey questionnaire was use to gather the data needed in the study. The study reveals the different result, it showed that there was a significant difference when they are group according to their demographic characteristic and there is significant relationship between physical, emotional, mental and social wellness to the impact of DepEd wellness dance to the selected high school students in Lumampong National High School Main.
