Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2002. Adviser: Mrs. Charlotte B. Carandang. The study aimed to develop a computerized property file management system. It was conducted at the Supply Office of the Cavite State University from May to December 2001. It was evaluated at CREMaC Computer Center from December 2001 to February 2002. The information regarding the processes and report were gathered and analyzed. Evaluation of report was also done for the proposed system. The software was designed to avoid redundancy of work in recording data; make the process faster in recording new files; ensure that the files and other important information are more secured from unauthorized person and unrighteous manipulation of files; and generate reports easily. Visual Basic Version 6.0 was used to develop the software. Data and Crystal Reports were used to generate reports. The finished product was evaluated by 50 respondents using questionnaires to ensure the proper operation of the software. Generally, the developed software was effective based on the outcome of evaluation and testing stage.
