Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Adviser: Dr. Elizabeth E. Polinga. Entrepreneurial development project was done in Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite and was conducted from November 11, 2014 up to February 21, 2015. The project aimed to determine the capability of the students in applying their gained knowledge, skills and theories in business management to the actual business operation. Specifically it aimed to: 1. determine the profitability of the business. 2. identify the problems that may be encountered in operating the business. 3. develop marketing strategies for Corndog Balls with different Toppings (cheese, cabbage and French fries) Mac Cheese, Hotdog on Stick, French Fries, Nachos, and Siomai. The entrepreneurs equally shared the responsibilities in the operation of the business, such as the functional management areas which are planning, organizing, controlling, leading, production, marketing and finance. The project was a partnership type of business. Through this project, the entrepreneurs gained vital knowledge and skills in handling and operating a business particularly a food business. Also, they improved their business strategies and decision making to maintain the good relations to implementations of the promotional activities. The actual the customers and proper im experiences and observations gathered are the sources for the data and other information's to this entrepreneurial development project. encountered such as inaccessibility of the location of the business from the target customers, long travel time to reach the procurement area from the store and satisfying the ever- changing demand of the consumers. After three months of operations, the enterprise generated a total sales of P 77,536.00, cost of food sales amounting to 55,672.12 and gross income of P21,863.88. A net income of P13,299.30was earned after deducting all the operating expenses.
