Abstract: SIBAYAN, ALVSSA CIIRISSIE J. Influencers of International Undergraduate Students' Satisfaction in Cavite State University. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in International Studies Major in European Studies. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Adviser: Dr. Marietta C. Mojica. This study determined the; personal characteristics of the international undergraduate students; international undergraduate students experiences in living, learning and support system service; level of satisfaction on the living, learning and support system service experiences; relationship between the personal characteristics of international undergraduate students and their level of satisfaction and; relationship between school related factor-influencers and the level of satisfaction of international undergraduate students of Cavite State University (CvSU). The research design was descriptive-correlational. A total 60 international undergraduate students enrolled during the 2nd semester A.Y. 2014-2015, served as the participants of the study. Data were gathered with the use of prepared interview schedule. The rating items of the interview schedule underwent a reliability test. Majority of the participants were 19 to 22 years old with an average 23 years old, mostly male; from African countries (48%) and from Vanuatu (30%), Christian (30%) and Adventist (17%); enrolled in College of Engineering and Technology (CM) (40%) and College of Economics, Management and Development Studies (CEMDS) (35%), with 26.38 months average length of stay in CvSU. The parents' annual average income was P1,776, 986.20. I n terms of living experiences, majority lived in an apartment type of housing and mostly used public transportation (72%). The average monthly cost for living services were: housing (P4,085.00), food (P4,210.00), and transportation (P1,098.33). The learning service experiences comprised of teacher (3.87) and classroom facilities (3.38) were rated good and fair, respectively. Under the teacher services, the highest was on giving course syllabus to students (4.12) and the lowest was on returning of examination results (3.73). The support system service experiences with sub — variables Office of the Student Affairs services, library services, health and medical services, and student organization, generally obtained a "fair" rating (3.30). The satisfaction levels on the three sub-categories were all "high" which obtained the following mean: living (3.81), learning (3.80), and support system services (3.55). Overall, the level of satisfaction towards the University was rated "high" (3.72). The relationship between personal characteristics of participants and their satisfaction level was found to be not significant. The null hypothesis of no relationship between two variables was accepted. The variables found to be significantly related to participants' satisfaction level towards the University were type of housing under living services, both the teacher and classroom services under learning services and support system services.
