The study entitled "Record Management System for College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT)" was developed to minimize the workload of the staffs at the CELT dean's office. The study has an objective to help the staffs of the Dean’s Office that are having a hard time on managing the document in their office. The study focuses on having a system that is capable of maintaining and administrating its documents for better and faster way especially in recording and maintaining of record. The researchers used iterative development process methodology in the development of the study. The iterative development process consists of the following phases: requirement analysis, analysis and design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. Record Management System for College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT) was develop using Hypertext Preprocessor and JavaScript as the scripting language, Sublime text editor as the code editor, Cascading style sheet and Bootstrap in designing the website, My structured query language as the database backend, XAMPP 7.1.9 as database connector. The system was assessed and evaluated using different testing methods namely: unit, integration, and system testing. After passing the tests, the two (2) CEIT dean's office staff and (10) information technology experts evaluated the system. The overall interpretation of the results of the evaluation is "excellent".
