This study was conducted from May 2017 to November 2018 at Cavite State University — Main Campus. The purpose of the study was to help lessen the workload of ions advisers in the Department of Computer and Electronics Engineering by g an online system that will automate the process of advising and a platform that convenient for both the students and teachers.
Iterative development was used as the methodology in developing the system. Its pauses are: 40 students from the Department of Computer and Electronics Engineering and10 registration advisers from the Department of Computer and Electronics Engineering and lent of Information Technology evaluated the system. The results were collected an evaluation based on ISO 9126. According to the overall evaluation result the system got a mean of 4.18 and was judged excellent in all software quality criteria such as functionality, reliability, usability, and user-friendliness. Upon the completion of the study, the researchers concluded that this would be the solution for the common problems encountered by the students and advisers of the Department of Computer and Electronics Engineering especially during the advising process.
