The study was conducted from August 2018 to May 2019 in the cities of Trias and Trece Martires, Cavite. In accessing the statistical analysis of committed against person in the cities of General Trias and Trece Martires, from 2016 to 2018. Specifically, it pursued to answer the following problems: to determine the demographic profile of the offenders committed of crimes against persons in terms of their age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, and crimes to determine the statistical crime rate of crimes against person in the cities Trias and Trece Martires in terms of 2016, 2017 and 2018, to determine taken by the Philippine National Police to lessen the crimes against person. Descriptive method of research was used in the study, to employed in processing and with the use of gathering data and survey questionnaire were done information. The total number of participants in this study from cities of "Dias, and Trece Martires, Cavite were 651 offenders. A self-made survey was answered by the Philipine National Police regarding their actions out that in the demographic profile of offenders from the cities of Cavite and Trece Martires, Cavite, the age bracket of 26 to 40 years old committing of crimes against person from year 2016 to 2018, in terms of age. Moreover Sex in the cities of General Trias and Trece Cavite, the usual offenders who commits crimes against person from year 1113 2018 are males rather than female are mostly victim of the crime. More so, in of General Trias, and Trece Martires, Cavite from 2016 to 2018, in terms of status, the usual offenders are single due to the fact that married are more le and matured. Furthermore, in terms of Educational Attainment in the of General Trias and Trece Martires, Cavite, the usual offenders are High school to commits crimes against person in the year 2016 to 2018, they are the mile in committing crimes and they didn't have enough and sufficient Lastly, in terms of Crimes Committed, in the cities of General Trias, and 'tires, Cavite from 2016 to 2018, Physical Injury is the typical crime by the offenders, that may lead to criminality due to the drinking alcohol, -and trouble making, financial, bullying, offensive and abusive jokes and the other hand, in the cities of General Trias, and Trece Martires, Cavite X016 to 2018 the statistical crime rate of crimes against person, the typical was physical injury, the offender committing crime due to involving trouble making, financial problem and family problem. in the two cities the highest recorded crime that commits in three is the city of General Trias, Cavite and the city of Trece Martires, the least recorded crime rate in the three consecutive years. the cities of General Trias and Trece Martires, Cavite from 2016 to taken by the law enforcement to prevent the crime is the by the Philippine national police to implement the so-called police operation, which is the operational plan is required to the Law Enforcement is to prevent the crime incident happen to give an action to the community to serve and protect the community.
The Operational Plans that conducted by the Philippine National Police are; Oplan is visitation of financial establishments, Oplan Streethawk is 10-2-5 round checkpoints, Oplan Bakal is inspection gun yielding or persons insidealcohol in serving in Establishment, Oplan Bulabog is conduct of all oplans in an area, Oplan Galugad is random inspection of the persons on the street, Oplan Carpentero is getting the profile of the construction workers, for their background investigation, Oplan Tambay is curfew, Oplan Tokhang is operations that helps in anti-illegal drug campaign,Oplan Sita is random inspection of vehicles, Oplan Tomawak is confrontation and dialogue to persons drinking visibly to public, Oplan Bandillo is drive thru mobile specimen on public places, Oplan Katok is notice to the expired license (house to house visitation), Alpha Bisita is visitation sellers/junk shop/motor shops, Police Visibility, Check points / Visit, Information and Dissemination, lecture, Discussion., Dialogue, ale Dissemination, Crime awareness, and Lastly is to Conduct Operational plans.
