Job Performance and Job Satisfaction of Cavite State University Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Security Administration, graduates of batches 2015-2018. Undergraduate Thesis, Bachelor of Science in Criminology Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite June 2019, Dr. Marissa C. Lontoc. This study was conducted from January 2019 to April 2019 to assess the job performance and job satisfaction of Cavite State University Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Security Administration, graduates of batches 2015-2018. Specifically, it determines the demographic profile of graduates of BS Criminology and BS Industrial Security Administration in terms of sex, age, civil status, educational attainment, monthly income, department/company, nature of employment, status of employment and years of tenure. And also determine the level of job performance, level of job satisfaction, significant relationship between the demographic profile and level of performance, significant relationship between the demographic profile and level of satisfaction and the last is to determine the significant difference on the performance as assessed by the employed graduates, co- worker and supervisors. Descriptive method of research and purposive sampling techniques was used in this study. The participant of this study was composed of (50) employed graduates, co-workers and supervisors to determine their assessment survey questionnaire was used. Finding implies that BS Criminology and BS Industrial Security Administration employed graduates shows exceptional working performance. It is evident that graduates have work discipline, respect to their co- workers and supervisor, they are following the rules of an organization, acceptance, cooperation, and good communication to their co- worker and supervisor. Job satisfaction implies that the employed graduates of BS Criminology and BS Industrial Security Administration are satisfied to their job. As it reflects with employed graduates' good relationship to supervisor, courteous, modern, imaginative, motivator, competent and determined to accomplish their task as they value their job contributions on the success of their company/department. In determining the significant relationship of demographic profile and level of job performance, demographic profile and level of satisfaction job performance assessed by the employed graduates, co-worker and supervisor in terms of sex, age, income and years of tenure show that there is no significant relationship. It is recommended to continuously conduct annual monitoring of the employed graduates that would help to strengthen harmonious relationship and consider their job performance responses to improve curriculum instruction. In addition, the employed graduates of Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Security Administration, it is recommended to maintain their good job level of performance and satisfaction to their co- workers and supervisor in organization/agency where they belong. Furthermore, the Organization/Agency is suggested to continuously accommodate and if possible make an open communications with the College of Criminal Justice to reconsider their comments and evaluation to CvSU graduates. As a result, the CCJ would enhance and develop a responsive curriculum according to the need of the agency. In addition, for future researchers who will conduct the same study continue the effort in tracing and monitoring the graduates by using the result of this study as reference.
