Abstract: The main objective of this project was to develop, construct and evaluate an Electrical Panel Monitoring and Alarm Device for Residential Building in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Technology, Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. With the availability of the materials, construction of the Electrical Panel Monitoring and Alarm Device for Residential Building was made possible. To determine the acceptability of this device, an evaluation sheet was administered to twenty students. Based on the evaluation conducted it was found out that the developed Electrical Panel Monitoring and Alarm Device for Residential Building was highly acceptable and was recommended for use.
