Abstract: APOSTOL, ROSEANN P. and MEDINA, GENELYN S. R&G Snack Haus. Enterprise Development Project. Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2008. Adviser: Prof. Cecilia T. Cayao. An entrepreneurial development project was conducted to enable the students to enhance their abilities and skills in operating and managing business. Specifically, the project aimed to describe the activities involved in the production of puto and sandwiches; determine the strategies in the product; determine the profitability of the business; and identify the problem encountered and recommend feasibility solution to the problem. The project was operated as partnership type of business. The partners' were responsible for the operation and marketing of the products. An entrepreneurial development project was conducted at Mendez Crossing, Tagaytay City from December 6, 2008 until March 2, 2008. In the second month of operation they decided to sell their products in campus to maximize their profit. During the three-month operation, the enterprise generated total sales of PhP23, 988.00. However, total cost of sales of PhP 13,488.23 and total operating expense of PhP2, 908.22 were incurred. At the end of operation, a net income of PhP7, 608.12 was obtained. Difficulty in marketing the products and delayed payments were the problems encountered by the entrepreneurs. This was due to irregular buyers and the customers always reason out that they do not have money. Through this entrepreneurial project, the student's abilities and skills in handling the business were developed.
