Abstract: NUNEZ, ANGELO V. Jetti Gasoline Station. Undergraduate Field Study. Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2008. Adviser: Prof. Estellita D. Corpuz A field study was conducted at Jetti Gasoline Station situated at Diosdado Macapagal Avenue Central Business Park A-1, Pasay City from December 3, 2007 to February 15, 2008.The study was conducted to enable the trainee to apply the knowledge and skills gained in the classrooms to actual business situations. Specifically, it aimed to describe the company's marketing aspects, organization and management; and identify the problems encountered by the firm and recommend feasible solutions. Information and data like company profile, product lines, financial statements and problems encountered by the firm were obtained from the company's records. These were supported with observations and interviews with the manager and staff of the company. This study focused not only on operations but also on the activities conducted by the author like checking of inventories inside the Timeout (JEITI's Minimart), monitoring the products in the stock room, assisting customers in determining which lubricant fits their car, assisting the staff in preparing the payables, listing all the purchase orders of the Pump Attendants (PA's), Security Guards and other JETTI employees and assisting the customers in purchasing the products. One of the major problems of the firm is the negative impression of buyers on the quality of their products due to its lower selling price.
