Abstract: Marketing Aspect The marketing aspect tackles the practicability of using cassava starch in making a rubber. This also includes the product pricing, promotion and distribution to the consumers. Marketing concentrates primarily on the buyers or consumers. After determining demand strategies were that are developed designed to educate customers about the product's features, and encourage buying the product, to their satisfaction with the purchase. The prices of the product were also considered. It is unprofitable to sell a product below the manufacturer's production costs and not feasible to sell it at a price higher than the price of which comparable product being offered in the market. Sales promotions are designed to persuade consumers to purchase immediately by providing special incentives such as cash rebates, prizes, extra product, or gifts. Promotions are effective ways to spur sales, but because they involve discount coupons and contests with valuable prizes, they are also expensive and so reduce profits. It is a fact that there are forces that may affect the marketing strategy that the researchers are about to do in the long run in the promotion of this product. Consumers today are more sophisticated than those of past generations. They attend school for a much longer period of time; they are exposed to newspapers, magazines, motion pictures, radio, television, and travel; and they have much greater interaction with other people. Their demands are more exacting, and their taste becoming more volatile. This is the reason why the marketing aspect of this study is one of the very important phases that should be taken with utmost consideration. Technical Aspect This aspect discussed the details of the product, how it is manufactured and how the production runs. The researchers determined the plant size and production schedule of the product as well as the control of inventory. The flow process chart of the rubber pad is also included in this aspect. In addition, the place where the production site of Rubbercas Pad is also conducted. Matters on building, facilities, utilities and equipments are discussed as well. The labor requirements, the personnel necessary to fill the positions in the company, their job requirements and purpose of work including their compensations are presented Roche Rubber Manufacturing Corporation, is considered to be a partnership form of business ownership. Organizational/ Management Aspect This phase of the study is about the different positions and persons behind the company's operation, from the general manager down to the security guard. Financial Aspect In starting a business, one should know the financial capabilities of the investors. In this feasibility study the most significant basis is the financial aspects. This aspect presented the significant statements and schedules of expected profits, the approach of financing the studies and the way to pay the creditors. Also in this aspect are the detailed figures of the beginning forecasted financial statements and turnovers of the investments, other financial considerations such as major assumptions and financial analyses that are essential to the success of this project. Socio- Economic Aspect This aspect explains the impact of the Rubbercas Pad in the society. It discussed the effect significance of the project to the community where it is we planned to establish. How the project improves the community, environment and country's economy are also given emphasis in this part of the study.
