Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Engr. Larry E. Rocela. The study entitled "Proposed Development Plan of a Four-Storey General Hospital" was conducted at Cavite State University — Main Campus from October 2018 to April 2019. The study aimed to design a development plan of a four-storey hospital. The study included the design and computation such as purlins, sagrods, truss, slabs, beams, columns, footings and stairs. It also included architectural, structural details, electrical plan, plumbing plan, mechanical plan and a detailed cost estimate that can be used in the construction. Structural Aided Analysis and Design (STAAD) software and Computer Aided Drafting Device (CADD) were used and had been a great help to the authors in analyzing the structural member of the building and accomplishing the architectural and structural details of the building as well as the site development. After the comprehensive studies and computation done, it can be concluded that all sections and materials used in the project are safe and economical. The estimated total project cost of the proposed four storey hospital is ₱hp 118, 525, 872.80. This results to an estimated price of Php 22, 083.67 per square meter.
