Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing and Operations. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Ms. Maurrin DR. Madrid. A three-month enterprise development project was conducted from January 8, 2019 to April 19, 2019. The project aimed to offer an innovative form of travel pillow in the market and determine the profitability and marketability of travel pillow business; identify the problems encountered during the operation of the business and suggest possible solutions for the improvement of the business. The project covered the different areas of management such as production, marketing, and finance. It was conducted as a partnership type of business among the three owners. They performed all the activities and operations. The products were different types of neck pillow. First, the Mighty Hoodie. It is a neck pillow with a hood to protect the eyes from bright light while resting. Second, Sleep Tight a neck pillow with a blanket to prevent cold coming from the air-conditioner. Selling of the products was done by the owners and five dealers. The dealers were composed of Travel Agencies, office workers, and boutiques. The products were sold to travelers, students, professionals, and individuals who want to be comfortable while travelling or even in their offices. From the three-month operation, PillowFort had total sales of P68, 670.00 and earned a net profit of P18, 429.88 Because of this project, the students' capabilities in business management, problem solving, marketing strategies, and social relationships were developed and improved. As new entrepreneurs, they experienced some problems, which can be considered as normal for beginner entrepreneurs. One of the major problems encountered during the operation was having a low production due to increase in demand and the two tailors were not enough to make all the pillows. Other problems encountered were customers' various demands.
