The researchers used correlational-descriptive design. Convenience sampling was used as sampling design. The participants were 34 graduates Three instruments were utilized: Job Competency Scale; Job Satisfaction Scale; and Job Performance Scale. Mean and standard deviation, spearman's rank correlation and multiple regression analysis were used in the analysis of data. The study revealed that majority of the participants' perception towards their level of competency was proficient. They can immediately see what is happening and how to approach the situation. However, majority of the participant? perception towards their level of satisfaction was ambivalent. They were also uncertain as to their job satisfaction. The job performances of the graduates were in the level of being very satisfactory. The finding also pointed out that job satisfaction was not influenced by the level of job competency of graduates. Increase or decrease in the level of the competency may not corresponds to an increase or decrease in the level of their job satisfaction. The job performance was not influenced by the level of job satisfaction of graduates. The increase in the level of job satisfaction of graduates may not lead to an increase in their level of job performance. The finding, however, pointed out that job competency influenced the level of job performance of graduates such that the change in the level of job competency of graduates may correspond to a possible increase or decrease in the level of job performance. Job competency was found to be a predictor of job performance of graduates.
