The system entitled, “Online Job Searching for Cavite State University - Main Campus” was conducted to help graduating students lessen their time in looking for a job and the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) to assist them find a job through linkage
institutions trusted by the university. With the help of the system, graduating students will save time in going to different places finding a job without any assurance to be hired. Using the website, they will have a big chance to be hired because the system is created exclusively for graduating students of Cavite State University - Main Campus.
System Development was used as the methodology of the software. It has seven process workflows, namely: analyze/planning; breakdown priority project; design module; code-test/debug; integration of sub procedures; integration with the existing system; and test/implementation.
The software was developed using Microsoft Word 2010 for documentation, RedKoda for drawing structured diagrams; HTML and CSS for web design, XAMPP (cross-platform Apache) for Internet server; MySQL 5.5 for database and PHP, and JavaScript and jQuery (JavaScript library) for the flexibility of the program.
