The study was conducted from January 2014 to February 2014 in the barrios and barangays of Amadeo, Cavite, to know the relationship of birth order, faithfulness and level of romance of married young adults in the said area. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. identify the birth order of the participants; know the level of faithfulness of the married young adults of Amadeo, Cavite and know the level of romance of the married young adults. Community visits, interviews and assessment of the profiles of participants in every area where the study was conducted were done. Twelve (12) barangays and fourteen (14) barrios were visited and given initial assessments and questionnaire for data gathering. The total participants were 230 young married adults ages 18 to 30 and are legally married. Out of the total population of participants, 'middle child' category got the highest number of participants while the youngest and eldest ones were the lowest in numbers. When it comes to level of faithfulness, somewhat low was the result for the verbal interpretation while the level of romance had four different aspects which differed from one another. In terms of intimacy, the level of romance of selected married young adults was in high level and in companionship; the level of romance was in very high level.
For sexual needs, level of romance was also at very high level and finally, in emotional involvement, the level of romance was in high level. Results showed that birth order was not significantly related to faithfulness as well as birth order to romance. Finally, faithfulness was significantly related to level of romance.
