Breadmate is a flavoured yema spread that has a two different variety of flavors, pineapple and sweet potato and it comes from a natural fruits of pineapple and sweet potato. It was an enterprise development project which operated for 7 days a week from February 6 to May 19, 2018 and conducted at Purok 4, Amuyong, Alfonso, Cavite. The project EDP was conducted to develop and enhance the abilities and skills in managing a business, to determine the viability of the business, to determine the profitability of flavored yema spread business, to identify the problems that may be encountered in operating the business and to suggest possible solutions. The business was in the form of partnership. The initial capital investment of the business was P 30, 000 which was equally shared by the entrepreneurs and was used for the three- months operation of the project. The enterprise generated total sales of P57, 145.00 and obtained a total net profit of P13, 157.00 and the total asset amounted of P43, 157.00. In operating this kind of business is very difficult, which encountered different kinds of problems especially in the raw materials during the operation. So the entrepreneurs must acquire strength, confidence, and innovative in order to succeed.
