Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. March 2014. Adviser: Ms. Mary Jane A. Amparo. The study determined the relationship of demographic profile, 5S compliance level and productivity among the selected production workers at First Cavite Industrial Estate. Specifically, this study aimed to: (1) determine the demographic profile of the selected production workers; (2) determine the 5'S compliance level of the production workers (3) know the productivity of the production workers; (4) determine if there is a significant relationship between demographic profile, 5'S compliance level and its relationship to the productivity of the production workers. Descriptive-correlational research design and stratified proportional random sampling were used in this study. 5'S audit checklist and productivity checklist were the instruments utilized and administered to the production workers. The study revealed that majority of the production workers was female whose age ranged from 28 to 32 years old. Most of them were single and only attained high school level. Majority of the production workers had been working for the company for six months to one year. The study revealed that the profile of the production workers was not significantly related to their 5'S compliance. They could still follow the rules and regulation of the company policy because they had self-discipline. The study also revealed that the 5'S program influenced the productivity of the production workers and it helped them to become more disciplined and organized. The profile of the production workers did not influence their productivity, but rather their personal working performance. Through this study, the researchers found out that the production workers in First Cavite Industrial Estate performed very well in the work place and also the 5'S program helped them to become more productive and disciplined in their work.
