A four-month entrepreneurial development project was conducted in Anahaw I Bulihan, Silang, Cavite from November 22, 2015 to February 27, 2016. The enterprise aimed to apply the gained knowledge and skills in Business Management through actual business undertaking. Specially, it aimed to apply appropriate marketing strategies in selling burger; determine the profitability of the project; and identify the problems encountered in the business and suggest feasible solution to the problems identified.
The initial capital investment of the business was P30,000 equally contributed by each member of the group. The business offered to produce vegetable burger (VG) products such as Plain VG, VG Adobo, VG Sisig, Mini Plain VG, Mini VG adobo, and Mini VG Sisig.
Different activities and strategies in production and marketing were determined and applied during the conduct business.
Burger Queen generated a total sales of P62,112.00 and a net income PI 8,562.66. The business' Gross Profit Margin was 38.39 percent, Net Profit was 29.89 percent,
Return of Investment was 61.88 percent and the Return of Assets was 38.22 percent
