Abstract: Production of tomato pineapple plantation an income generating project was established from August 1984 to February 1985 in the Farm of Mrs. Luzviminda Castillo of Barangay Limbon, Indang Cavite. This was conducted to enable the student and the farmer-cooperator to implement the proper management practices on tomato in a pineapple plantation. The aims were to share with the farmer cooperator some technical assistance on tomato production and to gain experience in working with rural people. \ Capital inputs for the purchase of materials such as seeds, fertilizer, insecticides and labor cost were provided by the farmer-cooperator. Technical assistance as well as labor was the counterpart of the student practitioner. At the end of the growing season, the project yielded a gross income of P1, 900.00. A net income of P755.00 was realized after deducting the total expenses of P1, 145.00.
