This study aimed to describe the socio-economic characteristics of the respondents, identify the extent that Cavite State University Main Campus is committed to lean thinking principles, determine the level of students’ satisfaction regarding the Cavite State University Main Campus services and determine the impact of lean thinking principles (top management involvement and support; quality-driven organizational culture; student involvement, process management; and implementation of other quality improvement programs) on students’ satisfaction in Cavite State University Main Campus. Data were gathered with the use of validated and reliable questionnaire and administered it to 216 faculty and administrators and 388 students with a total of 604 participants. One sample t-test was used to identify the extent that Cavite State University Main Campus is committed to lean thinking principles. Descriptive analysis was used to determine the level of students’ satisfaction regarding the Cavite State University Main Campus services. The application level and satisfaction level in every college were ranked. Simple regression analysis was used to determine the impact of lean thinking principles on students’ satisfaction in Cavite State University Main Campus. This study suggested that the factors that resulted as low level should be enhanced and finds remedies by the top management to increase and improve the satisfaction level of students and application level in the university. Those with medium and high results should also be enhanced continuously to maintain satisfaction level of students and application level in the university.
