Undergraduate 'thesis, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Cavite State University- Main Campus, Indang Cavite. October 2015. Adviser: Mr. Gil D. Ramos, MA. This study was conducted from August 2015 to September 2015 in the Province of Cavite. The research analyzed the similarities of the experiences between political party switchers and non political party switchers of the selected incumbent (16 Congess) House Representative Members of the legislative districts of the province of Cavite. Specifically it aimed to analyze the experiences of the respondents relating to political party switching: to determine who are political party switchers and non political party switchers; to determine the cause of withdrawal from the past political parties, among political party switchers; to determine the reasons of the non political party switchers for staying in their current political parties; to determine the similarities between the reasons of the political party switchers and non political party switchers for choosing their current political parties and; to determine the similarities of the significant contribution of their current political parties in order to win in elections and in discharging their administrative duties as House Representative member between political party switchers and non political party switchers. The researchers used the descriptive narrative method research design. The researchers personally conducted a guided interview with a self-made structured questionnaire. The participants of the study were selected incumbent House Representatives of the legislative districts of the Province of Cavite.
