The study aimed to determine the demographic profile of the participants in terms of age, civil status, educational statement, gender, salary and years of service, level of job satisfaction of the participants in terms of hygiene factors: achievement, recognition, responsibility, and growth and development, level of competitiveness of the participant, relationship of demographic profile and job satisfaction of the participants, relationship of demographic profile and competitiveness of the participants and relationship of job satisfaction and competitiveness of the participants.
The study will be conducted in different companies of selected Call Center Agents outside and within Cavite from October to February 2015. The researcher used a lifted questionnaire from the thesis of Alano Melody, 2007, Demographic Profile, Job Satisfaction and Work Values of Faculty Members in Selected Campuses of Cavite State University. Unpublished thesis. CAS-CvSU — job satisfaction a self-made questioner to measure the variable —competitiveness. The researchers used a modified 40 — item questionnaire for job satisfaction and 18- item questionnaire for competitiveness.
The results showed that there were no relationship of the (3) three variable; demographic profile, job satisfaction and competitiveness of the selected Call Center Agents from Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
