Undergraduate Thesis Manuscript. Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Cavite State University. April 2016. Thesis Adviser: Josephine P. Manapsal. This study aimed to identify the level of organizational involvement of HAPI members, recognize the level of civic responsibility of HAPI members, distinguish the level of altruism of HAPI members; and determine the relationship between: level of organizational involvement and civic responsibility, level of civic responsibility and altruism, and level of organizational involvement and altruism. This qualitative-quantitative study was conducted at HAPI- Humanist Alliance of the Philippines International from June 2015 to January 2016 in Indang, Cavite and Vito Cruz, Manila. The researchers utilized the descriptive-correlated-quantitative study to qualify and quantify data and generalized and described results of the sample from the population of interest. The participants of this study were the members of Humanist Alliance Philippines, International, 25 selected members who were around 18-50 years old regardless of their gender but specified as believers and living in the rural or in the urban area. Based on the results, there is a significant relationship between the level of organizational involvement and level of civic responsibility of the atheist members of Humanist Alliance Philippines, International. Likewise, the level of civic responsibility and level of altruism of the atheist members of Humanist Alliance Philippines, International are positive correlated using Spearman rho. Lastly, there is significant relationship between organizational involvement and altruism in the members of Humanist Alliance Philippines, International.
