Abstract: CAPILLAS, RENA MARIE F, JAVIER, CHARMAINE M. Demographic Profile, Job Satisfaction and Work Performance of Selected Teachers in Trece Martires City National High School, Undergraduate thesis, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Cavite State University, April 2016, Mrs. Imelda R. Filart. The study aimed to determine demographic profile of the participants in terms of age, civil status, educational statement, gender, salary and years of service; level of job satisfaction of the participants in terms of: achievement, recognition, responsibility, growth and development, salary and interpersonal relationship; level of work performance of the participant in terms of: planning and preparation, instructions, learning environment, communication skills, professionalism, and student's achievement; relationship of demographic profile and job satisfaction of the participants; relationship Of demographic profile and work performance of the participants and relationship of job satisfaction and work performance of the participants. The study conducted among selected teachers in Trece Martires City National High School from October 2015to January 2016. The researcher used a modified qtlestionnaire that consisted of 38 items for job satisfaction and 31 items for work performance. The results showed that the demographic profile, job satisfaction and work Performance have no significant relationship, while job satisfaction and work performance has a significant relationship.
