The study was conducted from June 2014 to March 2015 at Cavite State University, Cavite City Campus to develop an automated software that can help the students to view their own grades and allow the faculty and staff to update their personal profile and upload the grades of their students. It also aimed to help the alumni to update their past and current carreers and for the admin or the management information system (MIS) officer to generate a day to day report quickly. The proponents used iterative development model as their methodology. It consists of process workflows namely: requirement phase, design phase, implementation and testing phase, and lastly the deployment phase. The system is comprised of five modules: account management module, student module, faculty and staff module, alumni module, and report generator module. It was evaluated using the questionnaire anchored on the ISO 9126. The respondents were composed of instructors and students who were determined using simple random sampling technique. Based on the result of the evaluation, the system was rated as excellent in terms of its reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability and very good in terms of its functionality and portability. In order to further improve the study the proponents recommended to; connect the enrollment system of the school to the system to further optimize the use of the student data, the system must be connected to e-learning system so that the users specially the students can took their exams and quiz through online and to have an library system that will be attached to the created system for researching activities and purposes
