Bachelor in Agricultural Entrepreneurship — Major in Crop Production, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2016. Adviser: Dr. Analita dM. Magsino This chili pepper enterprise was established at Buna Cerca, Indang, Cavite from October 2015 to February 2016. The processing area was located at Barangay Poblacion Il, Indang, Cavite. It aimed to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of hot pepper production; to develop skills in proper handling, processing and marketing of hot pepper; to apply agribusiness principles and techniques in managing hot pepper production and processing enterprise; and to determine the profitability of hot pepper production sold as fresh and processing of chili sauce in corn oil. The total production expenses amounted to Php 23,686.00 and the total processing expenses amounted to Php 4,598.70. Due to high labor expenses in chili production, there was a loss of 68.08 percent. Meanwhile, chili processing resulted to 85.27 percent return on investment.
