An enterprise development project was conducted to enable the students to exercise the business management skills, the activities involved in the actual business operation by establishing and managing own enterprise. Specifically, the project aimed to determine and create a unique and innovative dessert that will differentiate Caramelicious among other sweet delicacies; also to determine the profitability of the project; and identify the problems to encountered in the business and provide the possible solutions The enterprise development project was conducted at 323 Aguinaldo Highway Sampaloc I, Dasmarinas City Cavite from November 16, 2015 to February 29, 2016. The business offered leche flan with different flavours like chocolate, coffee, pandan, ube and plain leche flan. A capital of 33,000.00 was shared equally by the proponents to start the business. At the end of the operation, the highest income gained by the enterprise was in the month of December with the amount of 26,600.00, the total net profit gained by the project was P19, 334.63. Through this project, the proponents developed the abilities to manage real business, decision-making, social relationship, marketing strategies and time management. The entrepreneurs also gained a lot of knowledge, experience and new ideas to achieve the objectives of the enterprise.
