Desepida Case studies are in-depth investigations of a single person, group, event, business enterprise, or community. It is a method used to narrow down a very broad field of research into one easily researchable topic.Typically, data are gathered from a variety of sources and by using several different methods (e.g. observations, interviews, and reference). The f research may also continue for an extended period of time, so processes and developments can be studied as they happen. The study was conducted at A & G Nuthouse Corporation located at Blk 35 Lot 27 Amapola Street Greenbreeze Village 1, Langkaan 2 Dasmarinas City, Cavite from October 23, 201.7 to December 11, 2017 to find out the inventory management practices of the company, find out the problems that affects its effectiveness and efficiency and recommend feasible solutions that can adhere to those problems. For a month and a half period of stay in the company, the researcher observed and analyzedthe inventory managementand warehousing practices of the company. The researcher also identified several problems regarding the inventory management practices of the company and has proposed solutions to address those practices. The researcher used descriptive method to analyze the company's inventory management practices. The method involves description recording, analysis, and evaluation of the current situation of A & G Nuthouse Corporation. The study used primary and secondary sources of data. Primary data include inventory management policies and procedures. Problems occurring in the inventory management of the company were gathered through perso4 interviews with key personnel involving the inventory management of the company. Personal observations of the activities and hands-on operations within the company were also done by the researeher. Secondary data were taken from company brochures, online resources, and other related researche$, Furthermure, SWOT Analysis and the Pareto diagram were used in analyzing and presenting the major causes of quality -problems regarding to inventory management and warehousing practices of the company. Some of the areas that needed improvements include supplier of raw peanut, computation of demand forecast, slow movement of product fines, and manual lifting of heavy objects, Lastly, the researcher included recommendations in the study to help the company in resolving the issues enumerated above.
