The study was conducted to analyze the supply chain management of dragon fruit in selected areas in Cavite. Specifically, it aimed to: (1) determine the socio-demographic profile of the key players in the supply chain management of dragon fruit; (2) determine the supply chain of management dragon fruit in terms of product, payment, and information flows; (3) determine the logistics issues; (4) determine the performance of the supply chain of dragon fruit in terms of efficiency and identify the problems encountered by key players. The dragon fruit flow from the growers to the distributors. After distributing, dragon fruit flows directly to traders/retailers who sold dragon fruit to the final consumers. The key players of the supply chain management of dragon fruit purchased dragon fruit on cash basis. Moreover, the information on price, quality, and volume of production available were received by the key players of the chain and communicated to other players through text and direct communication. The dragon fruit growers encountered problems on the limited market outlet, unstable price, small size of dragon fruit, low production of dragon fruit, presence of dragon fruit, lack of storage facilities, lack of knowledge and skills on production, high cost of inputs, importation of dragon fruit, difficulty in collecting payments, inadequate government support, lack of storage, lack of access to information on pricing, lack of capital and inadequate government support.
