The study was conducted in Cavite Provincial Jail at Trece Martires City, Cavite. It aimed to describe the demographic profile of the participants (incarcerated parents and the family, spouse, guardian or someone who take good care of the children); assessed the degree of provision of incarcerated parents; and determined the significant relationship between the participant's demographic profile and their degree of provision to their children. Descriptive correlational through quota sampling was done. Participants included 50 incarcerated parents and 50 spouses/guardians. Majority of the participants belonged to age 40-49 years old and served at least one (1) to three (3) years in the jail, high school graduate, have least one (1) to three (3) children left with the spouse or other guardian. Findings revealed that there was no significant relationship between the participants' age, length of stay, educational attainment, number of children and monthly income and provision of incarcerated parents on the needs of their children in terms of physiological needs, educational needs and safety and security needs.
