Abstract: NOVA, DON ERICSON G., BACUNA, JAMES MICHAEL 1., DE TORRES, VIVIAN H., MOJICA, MYLENE P., Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. March 2003 "SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF CAVITE STATE UNIVERSITY NAIC CAMPUS". Design Project Adviser: Engr. Renato B. Cubilla. The design project "Physical Development Plan of Cavite State University Naic Campus " was conducted at Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite from August 2002 to February 2003. Specifically, it was aimed to provide plans and documents as reference of the administration for the future implementation of its construction and develop a scaled miniature model. The area covered by the design project is 2.1189213 ha (21189.213 m2). It was developed by orienting the structures to its proper locations, designing an elevated water tank, drainage system and septic tanks for proper sanitation. Fencing the campus determines its boundaries. Extension of existing rock groins enhancing the beach nourishment of the campus. Among the procedures followed in the design were: site investigation, detailed Survey, planning, design, computations, and estimates. Based on the study and investigation that was conducted, it can be Concluded that designed development plan for the campus followed proper guidelines and Pr0cedures in the development of the site based from the National Building Code of the Philippines. The authors recommend structural design to prove the safety of the buildings.
