Bachelor Industrial Technology major in Electronics. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser Ms. Ma. Fatima Zuniga. The study was conducted from November 2018 to April 2019 at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Technology, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite to develop a computer numeric controlled printed circuit board printing machine for the students and instructors. Specifically, it aimed to: I. Design a computer numeric controlled printed circuit board printing machine; 2. Construct a computer numeric controlled printed circuit board printing machine; 3. Test the workability, functionality, durability aesthetics, economy, and safety of design project; and 4. Evaluate the workability, functionality, durability, aesthetics, economy, and safety of the project design. Assembling, making a project and perfect for quality standard of the PCB. The design project makes the accurate, standard by any components and easy to draft their own design. From the software can print direct into the printed circuit board by use of Computer Numeric Controlled Printed Circuit Board Printing Machine. The computer numeric controlled printed circuit board printing machine is designed to make a circuit design in coated copper clad board directly it uses the technology of computer numeric control Machine applications. The design project has different features that can be controlled using a computer application installed in program application. The etching machine was made by using hydraulic pump motors that can circulate the flow of chemical to hasten the etching of the printed circuit board. The innovative computer numeric control printed circuit board printing machine and the etching machine is the first machine that can be used by the electronics instructors and students that provides the accurate design to the printed circuit board, and standard design for components. The safety, workability, functionality, durability, aesthetics, and the economy of the design project were also tested. After the evaluation conducted in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Technology by the Industrial Technology students and instructors, the overall computed mean based on the result of the evaluation garnered a 4.91 numerical rating with descriptive rating of outstanding. This result shows that the project is highly acceptable to the different evaluators meeting quality expectation.
