It consists of five phases: planning phase, requirements phase, analysis and design phase, implementation phase, testing phase, evaluation phase and deployment phase. One hundred participants participated in the evaluation of the system. The participants are composed of 90 students for the non-technical part and 10 IT professors for technical part. They evaluated the software based on its functionality, reliability, usability, and user-friendliness. The results were tabulated, analyzed, and statistically treated using mean and standard deviation.
