The results of the study showed that the majority of the principals were old. Female administrators outnumbered the male administrators and most of them were married. With regard to professional qualification, all of the administrators have pursued graduate studies. Many of them had “much experience” in teaching, but few of them had “more experience” in administration work. In general, the number of seminars that they had attended were few. The instructional leadership practices of the principals were “outstanding”, as rated by themselves, while the teachers rated them as “very good”. There was a significant difference between the principals’ and teachers’ evaluation of the instructional leadership practices. The principals rated themselves higher compared to the ratings given to them by the teachers.
