A study entitled The Utilization of Different Commercial Feeds on the Growth of Broilers" was conducted at Halang, Naicp Cavite, from October 14 to December 14,1993, to det ermine which of the different commercial brand of poultry feeds will give best result on the growth of broilers and what commercial feeds command the lowest price in the market
A total of 60 commercial chicks were purchased and used in the study. It was arranged in Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five ( 5) treatments and three (3) replications. The treatments that were used in the study were the following: 'TI — Selecta Feeds; — Banner Feeds; — Silang Feeds; — Sarimanok Feeds; '25 — B-Meg Feeds o
A highly significant results were obtained in the final weight and the gain in weight of broilers 0 Based on the findings of the study, the use of Silang Feeds can give best result on broilers 0 The use of Silang Feeds also give the highest income for the raisers and commands the lowest price in the market
