This study focused on the impact of COVID-19 pandemic to the Philippine National Police (PNP) service delivery in the municipality of Indang. This study aimed to: i) identify the level of awareness of the selected police officers and local government officials on the services delivered by the PNP Indang before COVID-19; 2) determine the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the service delivery of the PNP Indang as perceived by selected police officers and local government official’s; 3) assess the significant difference between the assessment of selected PNP officers and local government officials in the service delivery of PNP Indang before the COVID-19 pandemic; and 4) evaluate the significant difference between the selected PNP officers and local government officials in the service delivery of PNP Indang during the COVID19 pandemic. This study employed quantitative research, the descriptive correlation research design. Participants of the study included selected PNP officers of Indang Municipal Police Station and local government officials including the municipal councilors, vice mayor and the mayor or his representative and barangay captains. Purposive and convenient sampling techniques were employed. An interview questionnaire was used to obtain data. Descriptive statistics which are the mean and standard deviation were used to analyze quantitative data and to know the level of awareness in the service delivered by the PNP Indang before Covid-19 pandemic as perceived by the selected police officers and local government officials in the municipality of Indang. Meanwhile, T-test was used to show the significant difference between the impact level of COVID-19 on service delivery of PNP Indang on selected PNP officers and focal government officials before and cluing pandemic. Based on the findings, it is revealed that the assessments Gf the respondents before the occurrence of COVID-19 shows no significant difference on each other.
