Tuguinay Stress is the body's reaction to a challenge or demand that can be triggered by stressors and other contributing factors such as challenging situations. Security Personnel as persons working in a high-risk environment can experience stress in their lives. This study aims to: (1) determine the stresses experienced by the security personnel in CvSU; (2) determine the factors contributed to the stresses experienced by the security personnel in CvSU; and (3) develop and propose coping mechanisms applied by the security personnel in CvSU in their stresses. A descriptive research design was used in order to describe and analyze the stress management of security personnel in coping with stress. On the other hand, a total enumeration sampling technique in getting the number of respondents and a close-ended survey in gathering data were employed. With that, fifty (50) security personnel in CvSU were the respondents of the study. After the collection, tally, and computation of the gathered data, it reveals that the security personnel of CvSU experiences stress specifically psychological stress and psycho spiritual stress at home and personally. Seeking professional help and joining activities such as seminars and training are recommended by the researchers.
