Cavite State University. April 1999. Adviser: Nelia E. FeraniL Johndel Beach Resort located at Baybay Dagat, Nasugbu, Batangas. A two-month field study was conducted to enable the trainee to apply her knowledge learned from the classrooms to actual business operations and to describe the Organization and Management of the firm in terms of facilities/service offered, marketing and identi problems encountered by the resort. Data and information were gathered from the company's written reports, record and files, observations, actual participation in the office work and from the personal interview with the employees. Johndel is a top tourist attraction with the following features: The different food served in the native restaurant and warm welcome of the employee to the visitors that results in a good relationship or friendship. The main concern of Johndel is to ensure that the customer is safe, relædng, enjoyable, memorable, and to maintain the level of service that the customer wants and deserve. Learning through experience is very important. One should feel accepted as himself and doing the things in a nice way. Self-confidence and being himself were the things learned from the experience.
