Abstract: IROG, BERNADETH SULIT, Forever Living Products Inc. San Juan Metro Manila. A Field Study Report. Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2002. Adviser: Mr. Roderick Rupido. A field study was conducted at Forever Living Products Inc. at Greentop Condominium Ortigas Avenue, Greenhills San Juan, Metro Manila from October 17, 2001 to January 15, 2002 to expose the author to different management operations of the firm. It also aimed to: enhance business insights; exercise on how to work as a real employee of the firm; have an idea on how to process papers/documents pertaining to management information system; and identify common problems encountered by the firm and recommend feasible solutions to the problems identified. Data and information were gathered from the files, records, and personal interviews with the managers and other employees of the firm and from the books and other library researches. Forever Living Products (FLP) is unique in the utilization of its Forever Team Marketing concepts that encourage and support the use and retail sales of its products through independent distributors worldwide. FLP is a family of related companies with distributors marketing FLP products throughout the world. FLP provides its distributors with the best quality products, support staff and marketing plan in the industry. The affiliated companies and their products provide an opportunity for consumers and distributors to improve the quality of their lives. There is an equal access to success to anyone willing to properly work pie program. Re - sponsoring, and wrong encoding of information in an application form were some of the problems encountered. In order to solve these problems, the Management Information System should be careful in encoding the information of all the distributors. Furthermore, check files should be double checked to know if the distributors are registered already to avoid re-sponsoring.
