Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Major in Marketing, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, April 2002. .Adviser. Dr Nelia C. Cresino. The entrepreneurial development project, MBJ’s Burger product was conducted from September 17 to February 17, 2002 at Luksuhin, Alfonso, Cavite primarily to provide the students the chance to apply gained knowledge in business management to actual situation by putting up a business while studying. It also evaluated the profitability of burger product, identify different marketing strategies to be utilized and identify the different characteristics of a burger product. Production once a day but more burger product was produced last Christmas and New Year of higher demand. Burger patties was directly sold at P5.00 for each patty to contact buyers. The project gained a net profit P113.00 in the six months operation. The authors identified some problems in the production and marketing of burger product. The major problems encountered by MBJ’s Burger were lack of buyers and unavailability of transportation during delivery of the product . These greatly affected the operation of the business. In order to solve these problems, the producer of burger product canvassed other buyers by the product. The authors conducted-buyer value survey in order to get buyers by the product preferences on the product burger sandwich in burger patties. The authors considered delivery of order as market strategy. The income statement of the enterprise shows the total sales of 237,800.00. and a net income of 2113.00.
