A field study was conducted to acquire further knowledge and experience on the different activities of the firm. It specifically aimed to describe the management of Fast Services Corporation and identify the activities and the program of the firm.
The study showed that the firm’s management was well planned and organized. The firm requires the staff to undergo seminars, training and development promotion or on-the-job-training in different offices.
Fast Services Corporation envisioned the firm as the leading provider of value- adding supply chain solutions. During the conduct of the field study, knowledge was gained in performing some activities in the Case Pick/Forwarders Office. At the same time, self-confidence and sense of responsibility were developed. Relating with different people was learned.
