Abstract: CORDEL, LEA D. and PEPITO, JHOAN S. Development of Infirmary amine Reservation System at Cavite State University - Main Campus. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Cavite State University, Indang ,Cavite. January 2019. Adviser: Prof. Jake R. Ersando. The study was conducted from October 2017 to December 2018 in the Cavite Saute University located at Indang, Cavite, to developed infirmary online reservation system at Cavite State University — main campus. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. identify the problems encountered by the infirmary and patient by conducting an interview; 2.analyze the identified problem using fishbone diagram; 3. to provide a system to lessen the time consumed during taking medical examination. 4. to provide an accurate and reliable reservation process in taking medical examination; and 5. Evaluate and test a system using unit, integration, and acceptance testing. Prototyping methodology was used as the paradigm during the development of the system it has six (6) phases: requirement gathering, quick design, building prototype, customer satisfaction, refining prototype and engineer product. The researchers conducted a system evaluation and it is participated of 110 respondent. The overall result of combined technical and non-technical got the mean of 4.75 and standard deviation of 0.46 the overall rating of the system was excellent denoting satisfactory marks.
