Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2016. Adviser: Ms. Gladys G. Perey. The Online Sport Information System of Cavite State University for Regional and National Competition (CvSU) was conducted to help the sports director coaches and athletes in storing their requirements through online. The system consisted three (4) modules: Account Management Module, Sport Information Module, File Management Module and Report Module. Account management module is the one responsible for the level of access; Sport Information module if for the posting of announcement and game results; File Management module is for the players storing of requirements; and Report module is for the generating of list of coach and athletes also for uploading reports. The methodology used by the students was the incremental/iterative methodology. It consists of five phases: planning/requirement phase, analysis and design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. 50 participants was evaluated by the university sport director, screening committee and coaches. They evaluated the system based on its functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. The results were tabulated, analyzed, and statistically treated using mean and standard deviation. Based on the results, the system was assessed as excellent which proves that the objectives and requirements of the system were achieved can be a solution to the identified problems of the clients.
