Abstract: CHUA, JAMES ASHLEY D., FLORENDO, GISELLE I., SALES, RIA LAUREN A. and VIDAR, KIM AIRA A. Sara's Quest: Simulation-Based Approach to a Nature Inspired Adventure Game Using Unity Game Engine Undergraduate Research. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2022. Adviser: Ms. Ezra Marie F. Ramos. The study entitled "Sara's Quest: Simulation-Based Approach to a Nature Inspired Adventure Game Using Unity Game Engine" was conducted primarily to identify the existence of a problem that needs a solution through a research, analyze the requirements needed to develop a possible solution, raise awareness about water pollution and deforestation that are some of the factors that causes increasing rate of global warming, help users learn the importance of photosynthesis and carbon mineralization that helps to mitigate global warming, create a simulation based game that show how user can contribute to the problem of having limited activities/practices to reduce global warming, and finally, to test and evaluate the efficiency of the developed software using unit testing, integration, and acceptance testing based on ISO 25010. The study conforms to the iterative development process method. The study gathered data from non-technical and technical respondents to meet the objective of the study which is to develop a game that will provide information regarding different environmental issues. The researcher used a Google form for the set of questions as a research instrument in the study. Based on the result of evaluation, most of the participants showed the interpretation "Excellent". Showing that the game is efficient enough to deliver its purpose on how people can contribute and adapt the limited practices/activities such as clean-up drive and tree planting to reduce the different environmental issues we experience in the real world. In addition, this study can be concluded that the game developed by the researchers can contribute to raising awareness regarding what causes the increasing rate of global warming
