A three-month field practice was conducted in G.J. Silang Feeds, Inc., a feed mill company in Silang, from January 4, 1993, to March 6, 1993, to apply gained knowledge, skills, and tools in agribusiness management to real-life situations. Problems of the farm were identified, and viable solutions were recommended. It was found that lack of personnel to handle some of the President's work is the main concern of the company. general manager should handle the President. Incorporated- Bachelor Agricultural In some of Cavite of the functions of the production aspect, lack of supply of raw materials, high price of ingredients and daily brownouts are the major constraints. Pricing of feeds is a major problem in its marketing aspect. Disregarding dealers' discounts is the solution in order not to increase the price of feeds. In this case, backyard raisers will not be affected even if the production cost incurred is high.
