Abstract: AYCARDO, KENNETH BRYAN A., DUALES, ANGEL A., RESURRECCION, BRIX P., AND VILLETA, VIA M., Course Scheduling and Monitoring Plug-in Development for Cavite State University E-Learning Management System. Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. July 2022. Adviser: Ms. Ezra Marie F. Ramos. The study that was conducted from September 2021 to June 2022 aimed to develop additional plug-ins for the Cavite State University E-learning Management System that provide additional features for the e-learning site. The overall goal of this study is to develop a course scheduling and monitoring system for the Cavite State e- learning site that will help faculty and students manage their course schedules and activities while also monitoring student performances in online classes. The researchers developed the software using iterative development as a guideline. In order to develop the system, the researcher used tools that include PHP 8.0, JavaScript, CSS, XAMPP, MySQL 5.7, HTML5, Moodle version 3.11, and Sublime. The system is available on the internet using mobile and desktop devices and is accessible through Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Safari 7. It is available 24 hours a day and accepts a wide range of users every day. To determine whether the system met the required requirements, the researcher conducted a system evaluation for both non-technical and technical aspects. The technical evaluation form is rated by an IT professional, while the non- technical forms are rated by students and instructors at Cavite State University. The result of the system evaluation conducted by the researchers was a total of 4.40 average mean, which is interpreted as "Excellent". Therefore, it was concluded that the addition of course scheduling and monitoring plugin development for the Cavite State e-learning management system can help instructors and students monitor and track performances in online classes.
