Abstract: MENDOZA, ABSALON REZ G. and OBENIETA, STEVEN T. Development of Electronic Controlled Air Suspension System Instructional Model. Undergraduate design project. Bachelor of Industrial Technology, major in Automotive Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2018. Adviser: Mr. Danielito R. Escano. Electronic controlled air suspension system is a type of vehicle suspension that drives an air compressor pump to power an air suspension. As time pass by, the automotive industry hold on to the top of modernizing and transforming suspension system.. In that case, the development of electronic controlled air suspension system instructional model is desirable in the Automotive Section of the department which can provide more information and further expertise to the automotive students. The design project was constructed inside the compartment of the light driving unit available in the Automotive Section. The authors used plywood that served as the plane surface of the compartment to ensure the strength and stability of the components. The electronic controlled air suspension system instructional model provides an air suspension system manual to resolve the complexity of modernization for suspension system. The design project was limited only to the basic principles and fundamentals of electronic controlled air suspension system instructional model. Specifically, it focuses on the air electronic suspension system with controlled valve during operation only. The electronic type suspension system with its parts and components can be clearly viewed. The design project was the new system model for the learners and it proved to be very useful that served as the first instructional mock up equipped with a modem technology. It could be a great tool to provide basic knowledge and skills about an electronic controlled air suspension system. The main purpose of the electronic controlled air suspension system was to adjust the height of the car easily that gives comfort to the driver and passenger in terms of softness of the ride. There are two ways to operate the whole system. First is using wireless controller, it has separate buttons that operates the height level of the suspension system. Second is using android phone controller, by installing the application "KNTroI Digitale". The application has up and down buttons that represents the part of the car suspension that the operator wishes to control.
